MySLC Help has two parts:
A Knowledge Base, which is full of articles and FAQs. You must be signed in to see the full list of articles. To sign in:
- Click "Sign in" at the top of this page.
- You will be directed to MySLC where you can log in with your usual MySLC user ID and password.
- You will be automatically returned to this page after logging in.
A support portal, which allows you to ask questions, report problems, share suggestions, and correspond with the Web Services Team. To do so:
- Click "Submit a request" at the top of this screen.
- Or email myslc@sarahlawrence.edu.
Please note that support is generally provided between 9AM and 5PM ET Monday through Friday, excluding when the College is closed for holidays. Extended support hours may be provided during peak times of year - announcements will be sent to the community.
We strive to respond to most MySLC Help inquiries the next business day or sooner. Please be aware that complex issues or low-priority concerns submitted at peak times may take us a little longer!
We hope that MySLC Help has become a valuable resource for all members of campus to find answers to their questions, find out about new ways they can make use of MySLC, and receive streamlined support.
